A clinical relationship begins only after eligibility and fit are confirmed, required documents and informed consent are completed, and services are formally established with a clinician.

Licensure, location, and availability

Life coaching
Life coaching is a non-clinical service focused on goals, growth, structure, and accountability. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, crisis care, or a replacement for clinically indicated services. Coaching is not billed to health insurance.

Scheduling, forms, payment, telehealth, videos, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern use of their platforms. Perfectly Imperfect LLC does not guarantee that third-party services will always be available or error-free.
